You are that

There is never a moment when you are not exactly where you are. You may seem to be somewhere else, but in truth, you are always here. The version of you that appears to be elsewhere is an illusion, an identity shaped by thought.
When we dwell on the past or anticipate the future, we remain exactly where we are, merely identified with thoughts of another time. Thought is simply our sixth sense, no different from our other five, yet we tend to elevate it above the rest. This over-identification with the thinking mind gives it a false sense of solidity—the illusion of existence.
The thinking mind (often called the ego) is our inherent tendency toward duality, the desire for the knowledge of good and evil. It is never content with what is; it always seeks more, something better, something different. This identification with thought generates restlessness, unease, and a sense of lack. It is uncomfortable for infinite awareness to confine itself within the finite mind. This disconnection from our primordial energy source creates a feeling of severance. Yet, when we rest in effortless awareness. Simply being awareness. We (awareness) are free from the bondage of self. Easier said than done. Who, then, will worry about tomorrow?
If all that exists arises from a unified field of infinite potential (God), then we, too, are that. If we have our movement from and within God, then there is nothing apart from that. To desire more is to deny the perfection of what is.
Imagine a hologram. Though shapes may appear, though forms may seem solid, the underlying reality remains unchanged. It is all light. Nothing ever ceases to be the hologram, no matter what form it takes. Likewise, everything arises from God, exists within God, and ultimately returns to God. A wave on the ocean never stops being the ocean, even at the peak of its form. Yet, we would never mistake the entire ocean for a single wave. In the same way, we are unique expressions of God, arising, experiencing, and returning.
Thought is merely a bodily function, like digestion or the beating of the heart. It happens on its own; we do not need to control it, silence it, or identify with it. If you observe closely, you’ll notice that thought lacks depth. It is nothing more than ripples on the surface of a pond. Let it be. Pay it no attention, and in doing so, you will find freedom from it.
Awareness is not bound to the mind. It can move. Let it drop down into the body, into the senses. Experience life fully, without judgment, without interference. Simply be with what is. Allow reality to unfold as it is, without resistance, without worry.
